Where age verification is pending, jet99 may suspend a player's ability to withdraw funds until the verification process is complete.

Any account found to have been registered by a minor will be permanently closed, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the source of the original deposit after deducting applicable administrative costs.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your account details promptly whenever they change. jet99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active jet99 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. jet99 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jet99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and reverse any pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jet99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jet99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login information. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jet99 may, at its sole discretion and at any point during the account lifecycle, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, or a copy of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account confirmation). Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jet99 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in most cases. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. jet99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jet99 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. jet99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses received.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jet99 is committed to preventing financial crime. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jet99 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. In such cases, jet99 may be required by law to report the activity to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

jet99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each individual promotion.

5.3 Abuse and Misuse

jet99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner not consistent with regular recreational play, or any form of coordinated group play designed to exploit promotional terms. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules for the purposes of determining the outcome of individual bets or game rounds.

6.1 Accepted Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the jet99 system. Bets placed during a system error, connectivity disruption, or where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault may be voided at jet99's discretion, regardless of the stated outcome.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports available on jet99, are subject to the specific rules of each sport. In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets; odds update in real time and the displayed odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

• Abandoned or postponed matches: where a match is abandoned before the minimum required play time is completed (as defined in the specific sport rules), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to bets on markets that have already been conclusively settled.
• jet99 uses official competition results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) to settle all sports betting markets.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Technical Errors

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or identity fraud.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime.
• Collusion with other players, use of prohibited software (including betting bots, automated scripts, or exploit tools), or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
• Registration or use of the platform by a person under the age of 18.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your jet99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are not eligible for re-opening during the exclusion period.

7.2 Jet99-Initiated Closure

Where jet99 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or due to fraudulent or prohibited conduct, jet99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void pending bets, and withhold any accumulated winnings. Where closure occurs due to an administrative decision unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
